2. My Executive Council agree with me in thinking that in the circumstances of the case his pensionable service might be regarded as 14 years, but that no further addition should be made to the rate of pension to which his actual service entitles him.
I may mention that he asked for special consideration practically on the ground that his case should be regarded as one of abolition of office, but as there is no intention of abolishing his office, he has no claim.
